CPSC eFiling CSV Builder & Validator — Application Terms and License

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These CPSC eFiling CSV Builder & Validator Application Terms and License (the “Application Terms”) govern access to and use of the CPSC eFiling CSV Builder & Validator, including its file-upload, mapping, validation, correction, payment, generation, and download functions (collectively, the “Application”).

The Application is provided under the Registry Intelligence brand by Natallia Vasilyeva, carrying on business as NATALLIA VASILYEVA – Poland Documents, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Poland (“Poland Documents,” “Registry Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Application Terms supplement the Registry Intelligence Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, and Data Security notice. If these Application Terms directly conflict with the general Terms of Use regarding the Application, these Application Terms control for the Application only. The price, selected row count, included output, working period, and download period displayed for a particular transaction form part of the agreement for that transaction.

By affirmatively accepting these Application Terms and uploading a file, continuing a validation job, requesting paid generation, or downloading an Output Package, you enter into a binding agreement with Poland Documents. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Key product boundaries

  • The Application is offered for business and professional use, not personal or household use.
  • It prepares and validates user-supplied data against identified application rules and published CPSC materials.
  • It does not determine whether a product requires certification or which legal requirements apply.
  • It does not issue a CPC or GCC, perform testing, certify a product, make an attestation, file with CPSC or CBP, or guarantee acceptance.
  • It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by CPSC, CBP, ACE, or the CPSC Product Registry.
  • Charges are one-time charges displayed before payment. The Application does not create a subscription.
  • Uploaded files and generated packages are processed as temporary job data and are not intended for permanent storage.

1. Definitions

For these Application Terms:

“Authorized Representative” means an employee, customs broker, consultant, attorney, laboratory, manufacturer, private labeler, trade partner, or other person who is lawfully authorized to act for the relevant business in the applicable compliance workflow.

“Business User” means an individual using the Application for a trade, business, profession, employer, or organizational client, whether as principal or as an Authorized Representative.

“Customer Data” means files, records, certificate data, field values, mappings, corrections, instructions, identifiers, contact details, and other information submitted to the Application by or for a Business User.

“Job” means the temporary Application workspace associated with a particular upload, validation workflow, selected records, payment state, and generated output.

“Output Package” means the files generated or supplied by the Application for a Job, which may include a CPSC Product Registry-formatted CSV file, Completion Workbook, HTML Validation Report, README, and ZIP package, as identified in the Application interface.

“Ready Record” means a record that has passed the checks implemented in the identified Application ruleset and does not contain a status that the Application treats as blocking paid generation. A Ready Record is not a certification, agency approval, or guarantee of acceptance.

2. Business use, eligibility, and authority

The Application is designed for importers, manufacturers, private labelers, customs brokers, compliance professionals, authorized trade partners, and other persons acting for business or professional purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the Application for an employer, client, importer, manufacturer, private labeler, or another organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to:

  • accept these Application Terms for that organization;
  • submit the Customer Data and instruct us to process it;
  • obtain and use the resulting Output Package;
  • make or arrange payment; and
  • share the Output Package with the persons and authorities involved in the authorized compliance workflow.

A customs broker, consultant, laboratory, manufacturer, or other trade partner using the Application for another business must have that business’s authorization. Use of the Application does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, professional-adviser, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and Registry Intelligence.

3. Application purpose and current scope

The Application is a data-preparation and structural-validation tool. Depending on the active workflow, it may:

  • read supported CSV or XLSX files in a restricted processing mode;
  • read an optional supported text-based PDF where that function is made available;
  • help map user-supplied columns to fields used in the identified CPSC bulk-upload workflow;
  • check supported formats, required relationships, missing values, duplicate or conflicting values, permitted value patterns, and other implemented business rules;
  • identify records with missing, invalid, blocking, unconfirmed, warning, or ready statuses;
  • produce a Completion Workbook or validation report for user review and correction;
  • revalidate corrected data within the same Job while the Job remains active;
  • calculate the one-time price for selected Ready Records; and
  • generate the Output Package authorized by the completed payment.

The Application does not use OCR or artificial intelligence to determine, extract, infer, or generate certificate data. It does not automatically choose a certificate type, legal citation, testing exclusion, laboratory, manufacturer, point of contact, certifier, Product ID, Version ID, or any other substantive compliance value for you.

Supported formats, maximum file size, maximum row count, processing limits, and required workflow steps are displayed in the Application. A file extension alone does not establish that a file is supported or safe to process.

4. No government affiliation, submission, certification, or professional advice

Registry Intelligence is an independent commercial service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or operated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), the CPSC Product Registry, Amazon, any testing laboratory, or any other government agency, marketplace, or third-party system.

The Application does not:

  • create, issue, sign, certify, replace, or amend a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) or General Certificate of Conformity (GCC);
  • determine whether a product is regulated, whether certification is required, or whether a particular rule, ban, standard, citation code, or testing exclusion applies;
  • conduct product testing, verify a laboratory’s work, validate the sufficiency of a test report, or determine whether evidence supports a certificate;
  • establish the truth of a manufacturer, manufacture date or place, test date, laboratory, point of contact, certifier, Product ID, Version ID, or other user-supplied fact;
  • perform an attestation or certification in the CPSC Product Registry;
  • create or manage a CPSC Product Registry Business Account or Product Collection;
  • submit data to the CPSC Product Registry through CSV or API;
  • transmit a Full or Reference PGA Message Set, file an ACE entry, or act as a customs broker; or
  • guarantee acceptance, clearance, release, continued sale, marketplace approval, or the avoidance of a hold, rejection, correction request, investigation, penalty, recall, or other action.

The Application does not provide legal, regulatory, customs, testing, certification, accounting, or other professional advice. You must obtain qualified advice where appropriate and verify current requirements directly with the responsible authority.

5. Customer Data responsibility and required authorizations

As between you and Registry Intelligence, you retain your rights in Customer Data. You are solely responsible for the source, lawfulness, accuracy, completeness, currency, and suitability of Customer Data and for every substantive value supplied to the Application.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own Customer Data or have all rights, permissions, notices, consents, and legal authority necessary to submit it and instruct its processing;
  • the Customer Data may lawfully be processed for the requested business purpose;
  • submission does not violate confidentiality, privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, employment, contractual, or other rights;
  • you are authorized to act for each importer, certifier, client, or other organization whose data you submit;
  • you will not knowingly submit materially false, fictitious, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information; and
  • you will independently review every output before relying on, sharing, uploading, filing, or submitting it.

You remain responsible for confirming product scope, certificate type, applicable rules and citation codes, testing exclusions, Product IDs, Version IDs, certifier identity, manufacturer information, manufacture dates and places, test dates, laboratories, points of contact, certificate versions, Product Registry permissions, customs-entry method, Foreign Trade Zone relationships, and every other supplied or selected value.

The importer and the authorized users of the CPSC Product Registry retain the legal responsibilities assigned to them by applicable law and CPSC procedures. Use of the Application does not transfer those responsibilities to Registry Intelligence.

6. Prohibited and unnecessary data

Submit only information reasonably necessary for the stated CPSC eFiling preparation workflow. Do not upload:

  • complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or banking passwords;
  • account passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, private keys, or other access secrets;
  • Social Security numbers or equivalent government identity numbers not required by the Application;
  • protected health information, consumer credit information, background-check data, or special-category personal data;
  • classified, export-controlled, unlawfully obtained, or illegally disclosed information;
  • executable files, macros, malicious formulas, malware, or content designed to interfere with processing; or
  • data that you are not authorized to provide.

Business contact and trade-party information must be limited to what is necessary for the relevant certificate-data workflow.

7. Validation results and their meaning

Validation is limited to the checks implemented in the identified Application ruleset and to the data available within the Job. A status such as Ready, Missing, Invalid, Blocker, Unconfirmed, or Warning has only the meaning assigned to it in the Application interface and documentation.

A Ready Record indicates only that the record passed the implemented checks at the time of validation. It does not establish that:

  • the underlying facts or documents are true, complete, current, or legally sufficient;
  • all applicable CPSC requirements were identified;
  • the correct citation, exclusion, laboratory, certificate type, or filing route was selected;
  • the product complies with applicable law;
  • a CPC or GCC is valid;
  • the CPSC Product Registry, CPSC, CBP, ACE, a customs broker, or a marketplace will accept the data; or
  • later changes to official requirements will not affect the output.

The Application may detect issues without detecting every issue. You must review the Customer Data, validation report, Completion Workbook, generated CSV, and all other output before use. If you modify data after validation or generation, the earlier status and report do not apply to the modified data unless it is submitted for a new validation.

8. Free validation and paid generation

The Application may provide a free validation stage before payment. Free validation is intended to identify implemented structural issues, missing user-supplied information, and records that may be eligible for paid generation. Availability of a free stage does not create an obligation to process every file or maintain a Job indefinitely.

Paid generation is available only for records that satisfy the active checkout conditions. Records with a blocking, missing, invalid, or required-unconfirmed status cannot be included in paid generation unless the Application expressly resolves that status before checkout.

Before payment, you must review and confirm:

  • the selected Ready Records;
  • the row count used to calculate the price;
  • the identified ruleset or official-source version;
  • the included Output Package;
  • the displayed charge and currency; and
  • any displayed working, correction, regeneration, or download period.

Adding records, replacing source data, expanding the selected scope, or creating a materially different package after payment may require a new Job and a new payment. Any correction or regeneration right displayed for a paid Job is limited to the same authorized package, selected scope, and active working period; it does not create an unlimited license to generate additional packages.

9. Price, payment, taxes, and payment processing

The charge for a paid Job is a one-time charge calculated according to the pricing method displayed before checkout. Use of the Application does not create a subscription or recurring Registry Intelligence charge.

Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout or another payment provider clearly identified at checkout. Complete payment-card information is submitted directly to the payment provider and is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Registry Intelligence does not intentionally receive or store complete payment-card details.

You authorize the exact charge displayed at checkout. You are responsible for accurate billing information and for any tax, currency-conversion, bank, card, or international-payment amount properly disclosed or imposed under applicable law or by your own provider.

A browser redirect, success-page visit, screenshot, or client-side message does not by itself prove payment. Paid generation begins only after the Application verifies the payment event and rechecks Job ownership, selected scope, price, regulatory freshness, and other required conditions.

10. Delivery, correction, regeneration, and refunds

Delivery occurs when the paid Output Package is made available through the protected download method identified by the Application. You are responsible for downloading it within the displayed availability period, confirming that the package opens correctly, and storing your own secure copy.

Because free validation is available before purchase and paid output is generated for the selected Job, business payments are generally non-refundable after a conforming Output Package has been delivered. This does not apply where:

  • the same Job was charged more than once;
  • payment was completed but no paid Output Package was provided;
  • a generation failure attributable to the Application cannot be corrected or rerun within a reasonable time;
  • the delivered Output Package materially differs from the confirmed checkout description and we cannot provide a conforming replacement;
  • we approve a refund in writing; or
  • applicable law requires a refund or another remedy.

Where a correctable technical failure occurs, we may first repair or regenerate the package, renew the protected download, or provide a replacement. If a material regulatory or official-source safety stop prevents paid generation after payment and the Job cannot be completed safely within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate rerun, replacement, or refund.

A disagreement with an applicable rule, a later change in user instructions, an incorrect user-supplied value, failure to review the free validation result, unsupported local software, expiration of a disclosed download period, or rejection caused by facts or requirements outside the implemented checks does not by itself make a conforming Output Package defective.

Billing or delivery problems must be reported promptly to inbox@polandoc.com with the purchasing email address, payment or Job reference, date, and a factual description. Do not send complete card details.

11. License to access the Application and use the Output Package

Subject to these Application Terms and, for paid functions, successful payment, Registry Intelligence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Application for the authorized Job during the applicable working period.

For a validly purchased Output Package, Registry Intelligence grants the purchasing Business User and the organization on whose authorized behalf the purchase was made a non-exclusive, worldwide license to retain and use that Output Package for the relevant internal business, product-certification, recordkeeping, Product Registry, customs, and regulatory workflow.

You may provide necessary copies of the relevant output to your authorized employees, client, importer, manufacturer, private labeler, customs broker, attorney, consultant, laboratory, trade partner, CPSC, CBP, ACE filer, or other government authority where reasonably necessary for that authorized workflow. A customs broker or other Authorized Representative may provide the Output Package to the client for whose Job it was purchased.

This permission does not authorize you to:

  • resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, publish, or commercialize the Application, Output Package, validation report, Completion Workbook, README, or template as a standalone product;
  • reuse one paid Job or package as an unlicensed generation service for unrelated customers, products, or records;
  • provide a reusable blank or substantially extracted Registry Intelligence template to third parties;
  • remove or obscure Registry Intelligence authorship, copyright, provenance, ruleset, or limitation notices from reports or documentation;
  • represent the Output Package as issued, certified, approved, or endorsed by CPSC, CBP, ACE, or another authority; or
  • use the Application or Output Package to create or improve a competing validation, conversion, compliance, or data-preparation product.

Necessary use of user-supplied data and the CPSC-formatted CSV in the authorized filing workflow is permitted. If you alter an Output Package, you must not represent the altered material as having retained its prior validation status.

12. Intellectual property and official materials

Registry Intelligence and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Application and its original components, including source and object code, architecture, interface, workflows, original validation implementation and rule expression, error messages, documentation, report and workbook design, security controls, branding, selection and arrangement, and improvements.

No ownership of the Application or its proprietary components is transferred to you. No right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise except the limited rights expressly stated in these Application Terms.

Registry Intelligence does not claim ownership of your Customer Data or of laws, regulations, official CPSC or CBP materials, government forms, official specifications, or other third-party material as such. Official and third-party materials remain subject to their respective legal status and terms. Registry Intelligence may own original code, structure, commentary, mapping logic, implementation, documentation, and presentation created around those materials.

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Application, you grant Poland Documents a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use that feedback to operate, secure, improve, and develop the Application and related services. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential Customer Data.

13. Processing, confidentiality, and limited operational use of Customer Data

You grant Registry Intelligence a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, parse, validate, transform, encrypt, transmit, generate output from, and otherwise process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and deliver the requested Job and Output Package;
  • secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Application;
  • detect or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failure;
  • comply with applicable law and valid legal process;
  • enforce these Application Terms and protect legal rights; and
  • maintain limited transaction, consent, delivery, deletion, and security records.

Customer Data submitted to the Application is not sold, added to Registry Intelligence city modules, incorporated into public datasets or unrelated customer products, or used to train an artificial-intelligence model.

We may use operational metadata that does not contain raw uploaded content—such as file type and size, row count, status counts, processing duration, error code, ruleset version, Job state, payment reference, and download event—to operate, secure, audit, and improve the Application.

We treat non-public Customer Data as confidential information and use reasonable care to restrict access to persons and service providers who need it for an authorized purpose and are subject to appropriate obligations. We may disclose Customer Data where required by applicable law, binding legal process, or a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security harm, or unlawful use.

Personal-data processing is further described in the Privacy Policy. Where a separate written data-processing agreement is required and accepted by both parties, that agreement controls for the personal-data processing within its scope.

14. Temporary storage, retention, and deletion

The Application is a temporary processing service, not a permanent archive, evidence repository, certificate-management system, or records-retention service.

The applicable working period, inactivity period, paid download period, and deletion timing must be displayed in or immediately before the upload workflow. When the applicable period expires, the Job may become unavailable and the associated source files, intermediate files, corrections, and Output Package may be automatically deleted from the active Application environment.

Limited records that do not require retention of the complete uploaded content may be kept separately for payment reconciliation, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, consent evidence, security, service delivery, deletion evidence, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Deletion from active systems may not result in immediate removal from every encrypted backup or provider system; residual copies remain protected and expire according to the applicable backup lifecycle unless preservation is legally required.

You must maintain your own authoritative source records and download and securely retain any Output Package you need before the displayed deadline. We are not responsible for restoring an expired Job or deleted package unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Security and user responsibilities

Registry Intelligence uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Application and Customer Data proportionate to the nature of the information and reasonably foreseeable risks. No internet transmission, parser, storage system, encryption method, software, or security control can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

You must:

  • use a supported, updated browser and operating system;
  • verify the polandoc.com domain and HTTPS connection before uploading data or paying;
  • protect your device, email, network, Job identifier, secure link, and downloaded files;
  • prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the Job or Output Package;
  • verify recipients before forwarding any output;
  • notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access, exposed links, or security problems; and
  • maintain your own backup and retention controls for business records.

Knowledge of a Job URL or download URL does not grant authorization to use it.

16. Prohibited use and technical abuse

You may not, and may not assist another person to:

  • access or use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes;
  • submit data that you know is materially false, misleading, unlawfully obtained, or supplied without required authority;
  • use the Application to make, facilitate, or conceal a false certification, attestation, customs statement, or government submission;
  • upload malware, malicious formulas, executable content, malformed payloads intended to cause harm, decompression bombs, or files designed to exploit a parser or other component;
  • probe, scan, test, defeat, or circumvent security, authorization, payment, row, file, rate, expiration, regulatory-freshness, or download controls;
  • access another user’s Job, data, payment state, or Output Package;
  • scrape, crawl, mirror, harvest, bulk-query, or use bots, scripts, browser automation, or other automated means except through an interface expressly authorized in writing;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive, copy, or attempt to discover source code, non-public validation implementation, system design, or security controls except to the limited extent a statutory right cannot lawfully be waived;
  • overload, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Application, its providers, other users, or official third-party systems;
  • resell, white-label, frame, reproduce, or operate the Application for third parties without a separate written agreement; or
  • use the Application in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control, import, privacy, intellectual-property, or other law.

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve or disclose relevant records where permitted or required by law.

17. Official-source changes and regulatory freshness controls

CPSC templates, specifications, validation behavior, guidance, code lists, agency systems, and legal requirements may change. Registry Intelligence may monitor selected official materials and maintain version records, but it does not guarantee immediate detection or interpretation of every change.

The Application may pause validation, disable checkout, stop generation, require revalidation, retire a ruleset, or cancel an affected Job where:

  • a material official-source change is detected but has not been reviewed;
  • an official template, specification, code list, or system is unavailable or uncertain;
  • continued processing could apply a stale or unverified rule;
  • a security or integrity issue affects reliable generation; or
  • law, government action, or a third-party provider prevents safe performance.

A safety stop is a risk-control measure, not a warranty that all regulatory changes will be detected. Before using any Output Package, you must confirm that it remains appropriate for the applicable product, certificate, filing route, and submission date.

18. Availability and third-party systems

We may maintain, update, repair, secure, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or a feature where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee continuous availability, permanent preservation of a Job, or compatibility with every browser, spreadsheet program, source file, government system, or later official template.

The Application may depend on hosting, email, payment, security, and other service providers. It also references official CPSC and CBP materials and may prepare output for independent government systems. We do not control the availability, security, behavior, decisions, formats, validation messages, access policies, or acceptance criteria of CPSC, CBP, ACE, the CPSC Product Registry, Stripe, a customs broker, a marketplace, or any other third party.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Application, free validation, and Output Packages are provided “as is” and “as available.” Registry Intelligence disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties not expressly stated in these Application Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and acceptance by a third party.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Application will identify every error or missing requirement;
  • Customer Data or third-party data is accurate or legally sufficient;
  • a Ready Record is compliant, certifiable, or acceptable;
  • an Output Package will be accepted by the CPSC Product Registry, CPSC, CBP, ACE, a customs broker, or a marketplace;
  • use will prevent delay, hold, rejection, correction, investigation, penalty, recall, loss, or missed deadline; or
  • an official source or third-party system will remain available or unchanged.

You assume responsibility for reviewing the output, retaining supporting evidence, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, meeting deadlines, and making all certification, attestation, filing, customs, legal, regulatory, and business decisions.

20. Limitation of liability and business-user indemnity

Nothing in these Application Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct and any other category protected by mandatory law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Registry Intelligence and Poland Documents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business, contracts, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, or data; cost of substitute services; or losses arising from user-supplied inaccuracies, missed deadlines, government or marketplace action, customs decisions, third-party outages, unauthorized sharing, or reliance on an output without required review.

For claims arising from a paid Job, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Job giving rise to the claim. For a free Job, our aggregate liability will not exceed the minimum amount, if any, required by applicable law. These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a possible loss was disclosed, but only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

If you use the Application for business or professional purposes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poland Documents and Registry Intelligence from third-party claims, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Application Terms, unauthorized submission or disclosure of Customer Data, infringement of another person’s rights, false or misleading certification or submission, or material failure to review information for which you are responsible. This obligation does not apply to loss caused by our intentional misconduct or to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

21. Suspension, termination, and survival

We may reject a file or restrict, suspend, or terminate a Job where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, breach, unauthorized access, fraud, technical abuse, security risk, unlawful data, official-source uncertainty, regulatory risk, or potential harm to the Application, another user, a provider, or a third-party system.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable issue. Immediate action may be taken where needed to prevent harm, data exposure, fraud, unlawful use, regulatory integrity failure, or system compromise.

Your right to access the live Application and temporary Job ends when the Job expires, is deleted, is terminated, or otherwise reaches the end of its displayed working period. The authorized-use license for a conforming paid Output Package survives expiration of Application access, subject to these Application Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, Customer Data responsibility, prohibited use, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

22. Changes to these Application Terms and electronic records

We may update these Application Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Application, official requirements, law, security, providers, payment practices, or operations. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page.

The version affirmatively accepted for a Job governs that Job unless a mandatory legal change or a separately accepted update applies. A new or materially changed Job may require acceptance of a later version. We will not retroactively remove accrued rights or remedies merely by posting revised terms.

You agree that electronic acceptance records, timestamps, Job identifiers, transaction references, notices, invoices, delivery events, and copies of the applicable terms may be used to evidence the transaction where permitted by law.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Application Terms and contracts for the Application are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice describing the issue, supporting facts, affected Job or payment reference, and requested remedy. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be delayed or waived.

For Business Users, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered place of business of Poland Documents in Warsaw, Poland. Any mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

24. General provisions

These Application Terms, the general Terms of Use, the transaction-specific checkout confirmation, the Privacy Policy, and any separately executed written terms constitute the agreement concerning the Application. If a separately signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Application Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.

You may not assign or transfer your agreement, Job, access right, or license except as expressly permitted in these Application Terms or with our prior written consent. We may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful reorganization, succession, sale, or transfer of the Registry Intelligence business, subject to applicable law.

The English-language version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
