Miami Commercial Intelligence: Miami-Dade Business, Activity, and Evidence Data
The Miami Commercial Intelligence Module organizes selected official-source records from the Miami-Dade market into three linked research layers for B2B account screening, activity review, location research, regulatory context, and evidence-backed commercial analysis.
Miami-Dade County contains multiple municipal jurisdictions as well as unincorporated areas, and the City of Miami operates its own permitting, property, licensing, and development systems. The module preserves available jurisdiction and geography context so City of Miami records are not automatically presented as countywide records, and Miami-Dade County records are not automatically treated as City of Miami determinations.
Miami is the first completed Registry Intelligence market in Florida. The Florida collection is designed to expand through separate city and county modules while preserving the different official systems, jurisdictions, and commercial characteristics of each market.
Inspect Miami-Dade records before choosing paid access
The public preview contains selected sample records from the Accounts, Events, and Full Evidence layers. Use it to evaluate the field structure, account and activity context, available geography, source references, evidence model, and suitability of the data for your commercial research workflow.

Move from account discovery to recorded activity and supporting official evidence
Accounts, Events, and Full Evidence serve different research purposes. Their row counts should not be added together as a count of unique businesses, properties, opportunities, or current operating locations.
01
Accounts: 106,535 account-level records structured for organization, entity, institution, property, and commercial-location screening. One account may connect to multiple events and evidence records.
02
Events: 178,996 official-source activity records for reviewing filings, permits, inspections, projects, registrations, awards, changes, or other recorded events where included in the current package.
03
Full Evidence: 198,322 supporting rows preserving available source identifiers, descriptions, dates, geography proof, source URLs, and record-level context behind the account and event layers.
Use each layer for the commercial question it is designed to answer
The module is intended for professional research across a fragmented metropolitan market. Available records should be filtered by jurisdiction, source, account, event type, location, date, and evidence context before a commercial conclusion is reached.
01
Account and market screening: identify organizations, institutions, regulated entities, commercial locations, properties, or other account-level records that justify deeper review.
02
Event-level activity review: examine recorded activity associated with an account or location instead of treating the account record alone as proof of recent commercial movement.
03
Construction and property context: review permit, project, inspection, occupancy, property, or development-related signals where they are included in the current source package.
04
Regulatory and compliance-facing review: identify licenses, registrations, inspections, administrative records, or other source-backed signals requiring further verification.
05
Public-sector and institutional research: review agencies, institutions, solicitations, vendors, awards, programs, or other public activity where those records are included in the current module.
06
Jurisdiction and evidence verification: distinguish City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, other municipal, state, and federal source context before returning to the controlling official record.

Account, event, and evidence counts describe three linked data layers and should not be added together as a count of unique businesses, properties, current locations, or commercial opportunities. Record counts, fields, source availability, geography, and refresh timing may change as official systems and the Miami module are updated.
Start with the account, review the recorded events, and inspect the supporting evidence
01
Inspect the public preview to confirm that the account, event, geography, source, and evidence fields fit the intended commercial workflow.
02
Choose the One-time Snapshot when a fixed three-layer CSV package is sufficient, or Monthly / Annual access when continuing browser research and refreshed delivery are required.
03
Filter the account layer, examine related activity in the event layer, and open the supporting Full Evidence records before prioritizing the result.
04
Return to the controlling municipal, Miami-Dade County, State of Florida, federal, regulatory, procurement, permitting, or institutional source before making a material decision.
Registry Intelligence supports discovery, screening, comparison, and prioritization. An account, event, or evidence row is not a final agency determination, verified contact, guaranteed lead, or confirmed commercial outcome.
What the Miami module can support — and what it cannot prove
Review the platform’s sourcing principles, evidence handling, access boundaries, and permitted-use framework on the Data Sourcing & Compliance page.
01
Built from selected official public-source systems relevant to Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami, other local jurisdictions, and the wider commercial market.
02
Core account and event fields passed full coverage checks. Account and event records also passed complete source URL, geography-proof, and evidence-coverage checks in the final commercial QA package.
03
Geography-proof coverage does not mean that every row contains a complete city, ZIP Code, latitude, or longitude. Field availability varies by source and record type.
04
Commercial QA, client-view sampling, browser dry-run testing, detail-page testing, and account-to-evidence linkage checks passed for the final delivery candidate.
05
An official-source record documents a filing, permit, inspection, registration, project, award, status, organization, or administrative event. It does not automatically prove current operation, legal compliance, project completion, ownership, commercial intent, or present opportunity.
06
Not a complete database of all Miami businesses, properties, permits, contracts, contacts, or opportunities; not a real-time feed; not a verified-contact product; and not a guaranteed lead list or substitute for current agency verification.
