Copyright Policy

1. Scope and Status of This Policy

This Registry Intelligence Copyright Policy (the “Policy”) explains how material published or made available through Registry Intelligence may and may not be accessed, quoted, linked to, copied, stored, distributed, republished, analyzed, or otherwise used.

Registry Intelligence is a U.S.-focused commercial intelligence platform and editorial publication. Registry Intelligence is a brand and operating platform, not a separate legal entity.

Registry Intelligence is operated by Natallia Vasilyeva, trading as NATALLIA VASILYEVA – Poland Documents, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in the Republic of Poland. Poland Documents provides the technical, operational, commercial, and administrative infrastructure for Registry Intelligence and supports the development, publication, licensing, sale, and delivery of Registry Intelligence Content, products, and services, primarily to clients and users in the United States.

All contracts, licenses, invoices, payments, rights administration, and formal legal notices relating to Registry Intelligence are issued, received, or administered by Natallia Vasilyeva, trading as NATALLIA VASILYEVA – Poland Documents, unless a written agreement expressly identifies another party. In this Policy, “Registry Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natallia Vasilyeva acting through that business.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use. It applies together with those Terms and with any product-specific, subscription, download, data-access, or licensing terms presented to a user. If we enter into a separate written agreement with you, that agreement controls only to the extent that it expressly conflicts with this Policy.

Access to our website or Content does not transfer ownership and does not grant any license except the narrow permissions expressly stated in this Policy or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Content Covered by This Policy

For purposes of this Policy, “Registry Intelligence Content” or “Content” means all material published, displayed, supplied, generated, or otherwise made available by or through Registry Intelligence, whether free, paid, public, restricted, downloadable, or delivered through a website, feed, email, application, API, or another channel. It includes, without limitation:

articles, analysis, commentary, investigations, guides, reports, research, and editorial updates;
titles, headlines, summaries, abstracts, annotations, captions, bylines, and editorial metadata;
PDFs, downloadable publications, checklists, workbooks, forms, templates, and other files;
tables, charts, diagrams, infographics, illustrations, photographs, screenshots, audio, and video;
collections, directories, timelines, taxonomies, classifications, cross-references, indexes, and archives;
databases and compilations, including the selection, verification, organization, normalization, labeling, annotation, presentation, and arrangement of information;
structured data, feeds, application outputs, documentation, source code, interface elements, page design, and visual presentation; and
any substantially similar version, translation, transcription, conversion, extraction, or machine-readable representation of the foregoing.

“Automated Use” means access, collection, extraction, copying, monitoring, processing, or analysis performed in whole or in part by software, scripts, bots, crawlers, agents, browser automation, APIs, data pipelines, or comparable technical means.

“Commercial Use” means use connected with a business, profession, paid product or service, advertising, sponsorship, lead generation, consulting, client work, fundraising, monetized publication, or any other direct or indirect commercial advantage.

“Content Substitute” means a product, service, publication, database, feed, archive, model output, answer, summary, or other offering that reproduces or captures enough of the substance or value of Registry Intelligence Content that a person may use it instead of visiting, purchasing, subscribing to, or licensing the original, or that otherwise competes with or diminishes an existing or reasonably foreseeable market for the original.

3. Ownership, Authorship, and Protected Editorial Work

Registry Intelligence Content is protected by copyright and, where applicable, database rights, press publishers’ rights, related rights, trade name and branding protections, unfair-competition law, contract, and other applicable laws.

Unless another rightsholder is expressly identified, original Content created by Natallia Vasilyeva is owned by Natallia Vasilyeva, trading as NATALLIA VASILYEVA – Poland Documents. Poland Documents also administers Content and rights that it is authorized to publish, enforce, or license. Where an individual byline is displayed, the named individual is identified as the author of that work. Author attribution does not place a work in the public domain and does not authorize reuse.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the original expression, analysis, commentary, selection, structure, verification, annotation, normalization, cross-referencing, presentation, and other protectable editorial contributions in Registry Intelligence Content are owned or controlled by the applicable rightsholder. Authors retain all moral rights that cannot be transferred or waived under applicable law.

We do not claim copyright in bare facts, ideas, laws, official records, official documents, or third-party public-domain material as such. However, the availability of underlying information from a public or official source does not authorize copying our expression, analysis, annotations, translations, selection, arrangement, compilation, verification, or other original editorial work. Anyone remains free to conduct independent research from original sources and create genuinely independent work.

Third-party material remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner. Its appearance in Registry Intelligence Content does not mean that we can grant permission for its separate reuse.

4. Personal Reading and Private Reference

Subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use, an individual may:

read publicly available Content through the normal Registry Intelligence website interface;
allow ordinary temporary browser caching that is technically necessary to display a page;
share a direct link to the original page; and
print one copy of an article, or download one copy of a file where we expressly provide a download function, solely for that individual’s private, non-commercial reference.

These permissions are personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. They do not permit circulation to colleagues, clients, members, students, subscribers, or any group; placement on a shared drive, intranet, learning platform, document repository, or messaging channel; or use in a commercial product, service, presentation, or deliverable.

If an organization needs multiple people to receive, store, distribute, or use our Content, it must request an appropriate license.

5. Linking and Ordinary Sharing

You may link to a publicly available Registry Intelligence page if the link:

sends the user directly to the original page on our website;
does not bypass a payment, registration, access-control, or technical measure;
does not display our page within a frame or otherwise conceal or misrepresent its source;
does not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval, or affiliation that we have not given; and
is not used as part of an unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or misleading presentation.

You may accompany the link with the page’s unaltered headline and the limited quotation or summary permitted by Section 6. You may not use a Registry Intelligence or Poland Documents logo, publication design, or other brand asset without prior written permission.

A social-media, email, print, save, or other sharing control on our website permits use of that control for its intended purpose. It does not grant permission to reproduce the underlying Content beyond the result generated by the control.

6. Limited Quotation and Summary Permission

Unless a page states otherwise, we grant a narrow permission to use, from one Registry Intelligence Content item, either:

one verbatim quotation of no more than 40 words; or
one genuinely original, non-verbatim summary of no more than 40 words.

This permission applies only if every one of the following conditions is met:

the quotation or summary appears within a substantially original work and is used to comment on, discuss, criticize, or direct readers to the source;
it is accurate, is not assembled from multiple fragments to reconstruct the Content, and does not distort its meaning or context;
it is immediately accompanied by the author’s name, where shown, the name Registry Intelligence, the exact Content title, and a prominent direct link to the original page;
the same person or organization uses no more than five Registry Intelligence Content items under this permission in any rolling 24-hour period;
the use does not include a table, chart, image, PDF page, template, downloadable file, or a substantial or distinctive part of a database or compilation;
the use is not automated and does not form part of a feed, monitoring service, media-clipping service, newsletter, database, course, paywalled publication, artificial-intelligence system, or Content Substitute; and
the quotation or summary is not sold, licensed, sponsored, or otherwise exploited as a standalone product or source of commercial value.

This permission does not allow repeated or systematic extraction, a sequence of excerpts that collectively communicates a substantial part of our Content, or any use designed to avoid obtaining a license. Attribution is required, but attribution alone does not make an otherwise unauthorized use lawful.

Nothing in this Section limits quotation, criticism, review, reporting, fair use, fair dealing, or another exception that applies mandatorily under relevant law. A person relying on a statutory exception rather than this express permission is responsible for ensuring that every legal condition is satisfied.

7. RSS Feeds

Where we make an RSS or comparable syndication feed available, the feed is provided to help readers discover and follow Registry Intelligence Content. Unless the feed or a separate written agreement states otherwise, you may use it in a personal feed reader and may display only the unmodified headline and teaser supplied in the feed, together with:

the author’s name, where supplied;
a clear attribution to Registry Intelligence; and
a prominent direct link to the original Content item.

The feed does not authorize you to:

display, distribute, or store full article text, images, PDF content, or other material not included in the feed item;
alter a headline, teaser, byline, link, publication date, copyright notice, or other feed element;
republish the feed through a paid product, commercial website, newsletter, intranet, application, alerting service, aggregator, or client deliverable;
create a permanent archive, searchable database, monitoring dataset, or historical collection from the feed;
combine feed items, excerpts, or metadata to create a Content Substitute;
re-syndicate, sublicense, sell, or supply the feed or its contents to another person or system; or
use the feed or feed data for artificial intelligence, machine learning, text and data mining, profiling, model evaluation, or dataset development.

We may limit, modify, suspend, or withdraw a feed, or require registration or a separate license for particular uses. RSS availability is a technical delivery option, not a waiver of copyright or other rights.

8. Uses Requiring Prior Written Permission

Except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right, you must obtain our prior written permission before doing any of the following:

copying, reposting, mirroring, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, publicly displaying, or communicating all or a substantial part of any Registry Intelligence Content;
circulating Content by email, newsletter, messaging service, shared workspace, intranet, learning-management system, document repository, or client portal;
translating, adapting, abridging, annotating, transcribing, converting, dramatizing, or creating another derivative version;
reproducing Content in a book, magazine, newspaper, report, presentation, course, conference, webinar, podcast, video, broadcast, or social-media carousel;
using Content in a paid publication, professional service, marketing activity, sponsored material, fundraising campaign, or other Commercial Use;
reproducing a screenshot, PDF page, chart, table, template, graphic, image, or distinctive visual element;
offering our Content under another brand, removing or obscuring a byline or rights notice, or implying that another person created, verified, endorsed, or is affiliated with it;
using Content to populate, validate, enrich, benchmark, or market another directory, database, intelligence service, compliance tool, research platform, or information product; or
conducting any use described in Sections 9 through 12 unless a written license expressly permits it.

Permission for one Content item, format, territory, language, audience, channel, or period does not imply permission for another.

9. PDFs and Downloadable Publications

PDFs, reports, guides, workbooks, templates, and other downloadable files are licensed, not sold. Unless a download page or separate written agreement expressly grants broader rights, one authorized user may save one electronic copy and print one paper copy solely for that user’s private, non-commercial reference.

You may not forward or upload the file; place it on a shared drive, intranet, course platform, archive, or document-management system; reproduce or extract its pages, design, tables, images, or substantial text; translate or modify it; remove notices or metadata; resell it; include it in another product; or make it available to another user.

To recommend a downloadable publication, share its public landing-page link rather than the file itself. Paid, personalized, generated, or access-restricted downloads may be subject to additional terms shown at purchase or delivery.

10. Data, Databases, Tables, and Structured Material

You may not systematically extract, copy, reconstruct, map, monitor, or reuse Registry Intelligence Content, or a substantial or repeatedly extracted part of it, whether manually or through Automated Use.

Without a written license, you may not:

create or enrich a database, dataset, directory, archive, knowledge graph, index, or commercial research file from our Content;
copy or reconstruct our classifications, taxonomy, ontology, validation rules, editorial labels, annotations, normalization, cross-references, or selection criteria;
scrape, crawl, query, bulk-download, cache, export, or harvest Content or metadata;
use our Content to verify, compare, score, correct, train, test, or improve another information product or service; or
circumvent rate limits, access controls, robots directives, paywalls, authentication, or other technical measures.

These restrictions apply to repeated extraction of individually small portions as well as one-time extraction of a substantial portion. We reserve all copyright, database, and other applicable rights in our compilations and in the investment involved in obtaining, checking, organizing, maintaining, and presenting them.

11. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Text and Data Mining

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the applicable rightsholders expressly reserve the right to authorize or prohibit text and data mining and other automated analysis of Registry Intelligence Content, including the reservation contemplated by Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article 26³ of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights.

Unless we give prior written permission, Registry Intelligence Content and metadata may not be used, copied, ingested, processed, or retained for:

training, pre-training, fine-tuning, alignment, distillation, reinforcement, evaluation, benchmarking, or testing of an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
creation or enrichment of a training, validation, evaluation, retrieval, or synthetic dataset;
embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge bases, grounding systems, or semantic indexes;
generating summaries, answers, reports, translations, recommendations, or other outputs for third parties;
prompts, agents, automated research systems, classifiers, extraction systems, or content-generation services; or
developing, improving, operating, validating, or commercializing any model, tool, dataset, product, or service.

This rights reservation may also be expressed in page metadata, HTTP headers, robots directives, feed terms, access-control systems, or other machine-readable formats and protocols. A technical ability to access Content, or a failure by a tool to detect or honor a reservation, does not constitute permission. Removing, bypassing, or disregarding a rights reservation or technical control is prohibited.

12. Search-Engine Discovery and Automated Access

Subject to our technical directives, we permit recognized general-purpose search engines to crawl and index publicly accessible Registry Intelligence pages solely to help users discover the original page. An ordinary search result may display the page title, a brief attributed excerpt, or a short search summary together with a prominent link to the original page.

This limited search permission does not authorize model training, bulk extraction, persistent dataset creation, retrieval for third-party generative outputs, or any answer, product, or service that functions as a Content Substitute. Permission to index a page is not permission to use it for unrelated artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, or data-mining purposes.

Except for the limited search-engine activity described above, access expressly authorized by us in writing, or a mandatory legal exception, Automated Use of Registry Intelligence Content is prohibited.

You may not use bots, spiders, scrapers, browser automation, headless browsers, agents, scripts, or similar tools to access, collect, monitor, copy, download, test, or interact with the website or Content. You may not misrepresent an automated client as a human user or search engine; rotate identities or addresses to avoid limits; interfere with website operation; probe for vulnerabilities; or defeat a security, access, metering, or rights-management measure.

Any API, structured feed, export, or automated delivery service that we may offer is governed by its specific written terms and credentials. The existence of a technical endpoint does not make it available for unrestricted use.

13. Trade Names, Branding, and Third-Party Rights

The names Registry Intelligence and Poland Documents, their logos, publication design, visual identity, and other source identifiers may not be used in a manner that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, origin, or authorization that does not exist. No right to use those names, logos, or brand assets is granted under this Policy.

Names, marks, and materials belonging to government bodies, marketplaces, manufacturers, service providers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party is for identification, analysis, or reporting and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

If you wish to reuse third-party material appearing in our Content, you must identify the relevant owner and obtain any required permission directly from that owner.

14. Republishing and Commercial Licensing

We may offer paid or otherwise negotiated licenses for uses that exceed the permissions in this Policy. Depending on the Content and proposed use, a license may cover:

republication of one article or a defined collection, in full or in part;
digital, print, broadcast, presentation, event, course, or internal-company use;
translations and approved adaptations;
distribution through newsletters, intranets, client portals, or member services;
use of PDFs, tables, charts, diagrams, images, templates, or other components;
RSS syndication, structured data, API delivery, archives, or database access; or
specifically agreed artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, or data uses.

License scope and pricing may depend on the exact Content, format, language, territory, duration, audience, number of users or copies, expected views, distribution channels, archive period, commercial context, editing requirements, exclusivity, and any data or AI use.

A license is valid only when confirmed in a written agreement or written authorization issued by Natallia Vasilyeva, trading as NATALLIA VASILYEVA – Poland Documents and, where applicable, after all fees have been paid. Unless that writing expressly states otherwise, a license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and confined to the approved purpose. Ownership remains with the relevant rightsholder, and no implied rights arise from negotiations, payment requests, prior dealings, or silence.

Licensed republication will ordinarily be required to preserve:

the complete author byline;
clear credit to Registry Intelligence;
the original title and publication date, together with any update notice;
the copyright notice specified by us; and
for digital uses, a prominent direct link to the canonical Registry Intelligence page.

Content may not be materially edited, placed in a misleading context, used to imply endorsement, or combined with unlawful or deceptive material. The licensee must promptly reflect material corrections supplied by us and must cease use or remove archived copies when the license expires if the agreement so requires.

We are not required to approve a request. To discuss republication, internal distribution, syndication, data access, or another licensed use, contact inbox@polandoc.com and identify the Content URL, material requested, intended audience, format, territory, language, distribution channel, term, and whether the use involves payment, advertising, data extraction, or artificial intelligence.

15. Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

Unauthorized use may infringe copyright, database, press publishers’, branding, or other rights and may also breach our Terms of Use. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may:

request immediate cessation, correction, attribution, or removal;
suspend or restrict access to our website, files, feeds, or services;
preserve evidence and investigate the source, duration, reach, and commercial extent of the use;
notify a website host, platform, registrar, search engine, payment provider, advertiser, employer, client, or other relevant intermediary;
seek reasonable license fees, compensation, damages, profits, costs, injunctive relief, or other remedies available under applicable law; and
refer suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or legal advisers.

Our decision not to act immediately, or to act in one instance but not another, is not consent and does not waive any right or remedy.

16. Copyright Complaints Concerning Material on Our Website

If you believe that material published by Registry Intelligence infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, email inbox@polandoc.com and include:

your full name, organization, postal address, email address, and telephone number;
identification of the copyrighted work and, where available, a link to an authorized example;
the exact Registry Intelligence URL and a clear description of the material at issue;
the legal basis of your claim and your relationship to the rightsholder;
a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or applicable law;
a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and
your physical or electronic signature.

We may request further information, share the complaint with the person who supplied the material, restrict access while reviewing it, or decline an incomplete or unsupported request. Submitting a knowingly false or misleading complaint may carry legal consequences.

17. Mandatory Legal Exceptions and No Implied Permission

Nothing in this Policy removes a right that applicable law makes non-waivable. Conversely, nothing in this Policy enlarges a statutory exception or guarantees that a particular use qualifies for one.

Receiving, accessing, purchasing, or being technically able to copy Registry Intelligence Content does not create an implied license. A copyright notice need not appear on every item for rights to exist. Attribution, non-profit status, educational purpose, public availability, or the public nature of underlying facts does not by itself authorize copying, automated extraction, or redistribution.

If you are uncertain whether a proposed use is permitted, request written permission before using the Content.

18. Changes, Governing Terms, and Language

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our publication, products, licensing options, technology, or applicable law. The version posted on this page applies from the effective date shown above. Material changes will operate prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This Policy is interpreted together with our Terms of Use, including their provisions concerning governing law, jurisdiction, disclaimers, liability, and enforcement. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

If this Policy is made available in another language, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
