Research and editorial focus
The current focus of my work is the structured interpretation of U.S. official-source systems for commercial and regulatory use. This includes federal, state, county, municipal, and agency records, as well as CPSC eFiling requirements, certificate-data preparation, CSV validation, and importer-facing compliance workflows.
Materials are prepared from current official sources, agency instructions, regulatory texts, public records, and technical documentation. Earlier research also examines public-registry desynchronisation and cross-border administrative systems. The work is informational and analytical and does not constitute legal advice or an official agency determination.
Current Research: CPSC eFiling for U.S. Importers
Selected guides explain current CPSC eFiling requirements, product applicability, Product Registry workflows, certificate-data preparation, CSV validation, and importer-specific filing questions using official CPSC and U.S. Customs sources.
