About the Author of the Poland Documents Project
My name is Natallia Vasilyeva. I am the author and founder of the Poland Documents project.
Within the project, I collect, structure, and publish materials on legal and administrative processes related to real estate, public registries, and cross-border procedures in Europe.
Research DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19183725
The core focus of the project is situations in which legal actions, court decisions, or documents do not match how information is reflected in public registries in practice.
I write about how such discrepancies affect real estate transactions, registration of rights, the actions of banks and registrars, and the conduct of other participants in the process.
The project’s materials are based on the analysis of open sources, legal frameworks, court decisions, public documents, and practical cases. The project is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute legal advice.
